I’m asking for your support to be Dorking and Horley’s first ever Labour MP.
The next election is our opportunity to elect a Labour government that will give Britain its future back.
The evidence of the Tories’ neglect of our community is undeniable. Skyrocketing waiting times at East Surrey Hospital. Empty shops on our high streets. Sewage being pumped into our local rivers.
Dorking and Horley deserve an MP who has the compassion, drive, and experience to stand up and deliver for them.
Dorking and Horley is my home. It deserves an MP who shows up and delivers change for our community.
I will fight a campaign that shows Labour will:
Grow the
economy
Transform
the NHS
Protect our
environment
My priorities are:
Dorking and Horley is my home. It deserves an MP who shows up and delivers change for our community.
I was born in East Surrey Hospital, grew up on a local council estate, and went to St Paul’s Dorking Primary and The Ashcombe School. My mum is a nursery teacher in Dorking and my Dad works in a care home in East Horsley.
I loved growing up in Dorking, and I benefited from the Labour Government’s investment in my future. My family got child tax credits, could see the same GP whenever we needed to, and I got extra support at school. Children and young people in Dorking and Horley no longer have the same support that I did, and only a Labour government can deliver real change for our communities.
I’m a consultant and mediator, helping organisations and leaders to find solutions to help them move forward. I’m thrown into the middle of tense, high-pressure situations, working to help people settle their differences and find solutions. I’m used to people disagreeing with me and persuading them to change their mind. I’ve also worked in charities and local government.
Outside work, I volunteer at a local foodbank, where I’ve seen the number of people needing help with food and utility bills rise rapidly during the cost of living crisis.
Let’s get Britain’s future back.
